How do I join cyproffer? |

Joining cyproffer is simple and free. Just click the Log In/register link on the green bar at the top of the page. This takes you to a registration form which you fill in. When you click the register button your details are entered into our database and you are sent a confirmation email. Once you respond to this email your account is activated. |

I can't find my confirmation email? |

If you can't find the confirmation email in your inbox please check all your other folders including any junk folders; cyproffer has no control over the filters on your email client. |

How do I place an item on cyproffer? |

To place an item on cyproffer simply log in and click the My cyproffer link. This takes you to a control panel which gives various options for adding items. |

Should I show the reserve on auction items? |

It is up to you but not showing the reserve does encourage bidding. |

Items may not be edited through the control panel, if you need to correct an items detail please send us an email stating the changes to be made and quoting the Item number. |

Yes you may add pictures, just click the browse button to locate the pictures on your pc. |

How does the auction work? |

Items placed for auction stay on the site until 72 hours after the reserve has been met. When the 72 hours has elapsed the vendor and the high bidder are contacted by email with details of the sale and each others email address. After which it is up to the vendor and high bidder to arrange payment and collection or delivery. |

Sales and Wanted items stay on the site until you remove them. |

How do I ask the vendor question? |

When you are logged in you can ask the vendor a question by filling in the box underneath the vendor's item and clicking "Ask Now". An email will then be sent to the vendor with a link inviting the vendor to answer the question. Your contact details are not sent with this email unless you type them in the box. |
